College Credit at Tennessee Boys State
While Tennessee's American Legion Boys State has always had tremendous benefits for young men in attendance, it's now possible for all delegates in attendance to earn four (4) fully transferable college credit hours as well. Junior councelors are eligible for six (6) hours.
The credits are at the expense of the student and are not included in the Tennessee Boys State program registration fee. Tuition is $55 per credit, or $220.00 for the full four (4) UCCS elective credits. The college preparatory 2-CD-ROM package "College Success 101" is included free for students registering for three or more credits. You can register anytime between April 1 and August 15, 2008.
